Q: What is my Private Network Lab ID & Pin?

A: You can request your PhotoReflect.com Username & Password to be sent to you via email by clicking this link.

Q: What are the benefits to being a private network customer?

A: Any money transactions through Labtricity are between you and the lab. Prices are generally 13% less than those offered to Open Network Customers.

Q: What Does Photo Express charge to drop-ship an order to my customer?

A: Click here to see a breakdown of our shipping charges. These are the prices to ship an order to you or your customer.

Q: What kind of invoice does my customer see when I have an order drop-shipped to them?

A: Your customer will receive an invoice without any pricing on it. The photos are shipped in a plain white mailing envelope or box. you can also have your company logo printed on the invoice as well. Click here to find out how.

Q: Can you make the DPL Standard Package downloadable?

A: Here is a link to our standard packages. To install them simply save these pgrp files to your packages folder within your photos folder.
