Send Files to Digital Pro Lab via FTP
You can use our handy file transfer (FTP) utility to quickly and easily send files to Digital Pro Lab from your computer. This utility is available for both Mac and Windows customers. Follow these simple instructions to get started.
Note: This software is not one of our standard ordering systems. You should only use this software if our Design or Retouching departments have asked you to send files this way or if you have made prior arrangements with the lab.
- Sign up for a free account from FTP2Lab
- Install the appropriate version of FTP2Lab according to your operating system: Mac or Windows.
- Organize the images you want into folders on your desktop according to client name or event name.
- To start up software, click on the ePhotosPro icon.
- Enter Username & Password. Then press NEXT to continue.
- Please enter in a name or PO number for this order. This will help us identify the order being sent. Examples would be the client name, event name, or the date.
- Please include any additional instructions that may help us complete your order; i.e. print size, paper type, quantity, etc. Then press NEXT.
- To add the images to be printed, you can drag and drop folders full of images (not sub-folders), or right click on <folders> and select desired action from a drop-down menu. Once you have added your folder(s) into the drop box, click NEXT to continue.
- Your order will now be uploaded to our server. Once we have received it, we will begin to process your order. Upload time may vary according to size and quantity of files being sent and the speed of your Internet connection.
