Shipping
Shipping Your Order Back
We can ship your order to you or your client. We require that your order be paid before shipping. We can call for a credit card number or you can send us a check. We will ship the order after the check has been received.
We ship by either the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. We can ship UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select. Pricing is based on weight and will be added to your order.
We take every precaution to maintain the quality of products shipped. Large, unmounted prints may be rolled and shipped in tubes.
We will include an invoice in the package and it will have our return address and possibly some lab-branded packaging.

Drop Shipping
When we "Drop Ship" or "Ship to Alternate Address", the orders leave the lab in unbranded packaging and do not have any billing information. The order will have your return address on the package, so if there is an address issue, the order will end up at your location.
Drop shipping chages are as follows:

Shipping to Us
You can ship film or other materials to us. Please include your contact
information including your phone number and return address. You should
also send explicit instructions about what you want done including print
size, paper surface, etc. You can also request that we call you when we
receive your order and we will do so to get your instructions.
