Our Health & Safety Promise

The safety and health of our community is our top priority. During this time, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Thank you for helping us as we do our part to keep our community safe.

  • Limit of 4 Customers in the Lobby – We are currently limiting the number of customers in our lobby, per the City of San Antonio’s Mandate, and will gradually increase this number over time.
  • Online Ordering Assistance & Drive-thru Available – We encourage our customers, when possible, to drop-off and pickup in our Drive-thru, located on the right-hand side of our building. For orders from digital images, we are available and happy to provide phone-assistance to help you place your order from home. Please call us at 210-377-3686 during our normal business hours.
  • Masks Required – We require that a mask be worn at all times within our building.
  • Encouraging Social Distancing – We encourage social distancing at all time, for both our employees and customers. This requires that you maintain a distance of 6 feet from another person at all times. We have placed visible X’s on the floor and reduced the number of usable kiosks in the store, to help maintain this requirement.
  • Cleaning & Sanitation – Our employees are required to clean all surface areas before and after any customer interaction. Sanitizer is available in our lobby and at our drive-thru for both employee and customer use.
